Job description:
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices in mobile app design.
- Create and standardize design templates for all promotional materials within the app.
- Develop compelling landing pages that effectively convert visitors into users across the app and offline materials, including POSM and mobile ad banners.
- Maintain design consistency and uphold brand identity across all visual elements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to initiate brainstorming and creative sessions that translate promotions and products into engaging creative strategies and solutions.
- Engage in design reviews and integrate feedback from stakeholders.
- Effectively manage timelines and deadlines for design projects.
Job requirement:
- Hold a degree in UI/Graphic Design or a related field, and be proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Over 3 years of experience in the design field, preferably with exposure to mobile, advertising, and interactive web page design within a design studio environment.
- Experience in financial or banking products is a plus.
- Possess a strong creative vision and the ability to clearly communicate and present ideas.
- Candidates are required to submit a portfolio showcasing their creative designs.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese, with a good command of Putonghua.
