Responsibilities:
- Report to HR Manager.
- Perform all-rounded HR functions for Hong Kong office (small team).
- Manage the mainland HR team on daily HR operations.
- Occassional travel to China to meet with mainland China team is required.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Non-degree tertiary or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- 5 years experience in performing full spectrum of HR functions.
- Possess relevant experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Self-initiated and able to work independently.
- Good at communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
