Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support consultation on hardware, software & networking maintenance services to Multinational Corporation customers
- Handle complex solutions in multi-vendor environments
- Handle customers' technical questions on proposed products
- Provide best practice recommendations on software/hardware infrastructure
- Manage and follow-up on customers' queries
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop solutions that fulfill customer needs.
- Show the advantages of Infrastructure services to solve customer challenges
- Lead technical discussions, conducting user acceptance test, and prepare technical documentation such as SOP/Manual, etc
Requirements:
- High Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- 5 years or above experience in IT
- Good knowledge on Windows systems/ Cloud/ Networking/ Software applications.
- Project implementation reference of integrated solutions.
- Good team player, self-motivated, communication skills and hard-working
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
