Responsibilities:
- Manage Shareholder and Investor Relationships: Act as the primary liaison between the organization and its investors, ensuring transparent and effective communication.
- Prepare for Key Announcements: Lead the planning and execution of activities for interim and annual results announcements, including maintaining the IR database.
- Organize Investor Programs: Coordinate and manage investor meetings, small group sessions, and other IR events to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Conduct Competitor Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of competitors, focusing on financial metrics and strategic differentiation.
- Handle Investor Enquiries: Respond promptly and accurately to investor questions and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- CPA or CFA certification is a strong advantage.
- 10 years of proven experience in investor relations, equity research, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and present confidently.
- Demonstrated professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
