Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operation of
- the social enterprise
- Handle client inquiries and provide quotations
- Respond to clients’ feedback timely to
- maintain good relationships
- Manage ad hoc events and coordinate with
- internal staff and clients to ensure smooth
- service delivery
- Initiate new operational procedures to
- enhance service quality
- Responsible for administrative planning and
- reporting
- Assist the supervisor in exploring and
- developing new business initiatives
- Shift duty is required (9am – 9pm)
Requirements:
- Degree or above
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Abilitytorespondquickly to sudden
- challenges
- Excellent problem solving and multitasking
- abilities
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese is
- preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience,
- including at least 1 year in a managerial role
- Proven experience in customer service or
- social enterprise operational management
Working hours: 44 hours per week
Salary : Remuneration package will be
commensurate with the applicant's
qualifications and experience.
