Responsibilities
Supplier Relationship Management: Act as the main liaison for Mainland Chinese suppliers, ensuring effective communication for smooth cooperation
Negotiation and Sourcing: Apply negotiation skills to source high-quality products at competitive prices, balancing cost with customer and company requirements
Stock management: Conducting stock forecasts to ensure timely replenishment of inventory
Documentation and Administration: Oversee the creation and management of critical documents such as purchase orders, tenders, and administrative records
Project Coordination: Support project revamp initiatives, facilitating smooth execution and timely completion of project milestones
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, business coordination, or a related field
Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin; good command of reading and writing in English
Demonstrated expertise in supplier relationship management with a solid track record in managing Mainland Chinese accounts
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to fast-paced business environments
Exhibits strong problem-solving, multi-tasking skills, with a detail-oriented mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Familiar with SAP for business operations management
