Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans
- Create monthly communication plans and handle copywriting and editorial tasks
- Manage digital sites and on-line advertising for sales conversion in e-shop
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure timely launches
- Analyze data and provide strategic insights
- Manage marketing budget and maximize ROI
- Support regional marketing effort across China and Asia teams
- Handle any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Science or related disciplines
- 5+ years of solid experience in marketing, digital, or e-commerce
- Proven experience in consumer health, pharma, medical device, or FMCG marketing
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
- Independent, strategic thinker with a proactive and can-do attitude
- Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Chinese typing)
