Working Days:
- 6-day workweek (Monday to Thursday – 10:00 – 19:00, Friday to Saturday & Public Holidays – 18:30 – 02:00)
- With occasional ad-hoc weekend work if required
Working Locations:
- Quarry Bay & Kwun Tong
- Various field locations within HK
(contracted outlets, e.g bars, restaurants, outdoor event venues, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Trade Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing operational tasks.

Develop and implement strategies to improve retail trade operations and strengthen key account relationships.

Manage Brand Ambassadors, ensuring training, supervision, and performance evaluations.

Explore and establish new accounts to drive business growth and expand market presence.

Lead and contribute to business development initiatives, identifying and leveraging growth opportunities.

Coordinate marketing efforts and fieldwork activities across bars, restaurants, and outdoor event venues.

Prepare and share weekly and ad-hoc reports, delivering actionable insights to improve operational effectiveness and achieve company goals.

Analyze data and insights, providing meaningful suggestions to enhance operations and meet objectives.

Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., logistics) and prepare materials to ensure seamless operations.

Conduct field visits to oversee promotional campaigns and ensure smooth execution of projects.
Requirements:
-
Proven experience in project management or a relevant role within the tobacco industry or FMCG sector.

Strong ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.

Willingness to work overtime or on weekends/public holidays as required.

Comfortable conducting outdoor field visits to contracted outlets, e.g. bars, restaurants, and event venues … etc.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Proficient in office work, including administrative tasks, document preparation, and coordination.

Strong analytical skills, capable of deriving insights and making data-driven recommendations.

Experience in managing and supporting frontline teams, including Brand Ambassadors.

Proven ability to maintain and develop strong relationships with key accounts.

Immediate availability is preferable.
