About Your Role:
- Responsible for providing day-to-day support in HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) operations. Act as a local governor role
- Enhancing digital employee experiences and HR processes by fully utilizing the SSF features like Employee Central, On-boarding, Compensation, Performance & Goals. Streamline HR workflow and processes to achieve operational efficiency
- HRIS data analytics and compile monthly workforce management report to key stakeholders
- Driver for HR AI applications in workplace. Adopt digital and AI tools like Copilot, Power Automate, Power BI to improve HR digital experience
- System governance and information asset risk management
- Conduct HRIS training to internal stakeholders
- Support diversity & inclusion data analysis as well as other ad hoc projects
Does it sound like you?
- University graduate in Information System / Computer Science / Human Resources or other relevant disciplines with sound academic background
- At least 10 years solid hands-on experience in HRIS management or process excellence
- Experienced in SAP SuccessFactors applications in position management, compensation and performance management or SAP HCM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, extensive Excel (Lookup and Pivot Table), Office 365, SharePoint and web-based applications and Powerpoint
- Organized, sensitive to figures with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Reliable, detailed mind and a team player
- Good linguistic skill in both English and Chinese.
