**Job Location:** Wan Chai District

**Salary:** Negotiable 


**Job Description: **

  • Manage a small team to maintain the efficient daily operation of office.

  • Assist business leaders with meeting arrangements, minutes, and event scheduling.

  • Oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll, benefits, and employee relations.

  • Assist in formulating and implementing company policies to enhance organizational effectiveness.

 

**Requirements:** 

  • Bachelor's degree or above

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience 

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English 

  • Excellent written communication skills in both Chinese and English (preferred)
