Responsibilities:
- Establish Best Practices: Develop and enforce optimal procedures for information and records management.
- Maintain Governance: Ensure compliance with governance standards.
- Oversee Operations: Manage daily activities related to information and records.
- Enhance Efficiency: Implement new systems and provide user guide.
- Lead Teams: Guide information asset champions and supervise administrative staff.
- Manage information management documentation
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to internal policies and external regulations.
Requirements:
- University Degree holder, preferably in business, management or relevant.
- More than 5 years’ experience with solid sense of corporate governance in large group.
- Expert in using productivity tools.
- Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
