Responsibilities:

- Manage merchandising allotments to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Plan and execute promotional strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Explore and establish relationships with new wholesale customers.
- Organize sales events and shows to showcase products and engage with customers.
- Conduct customer visits to strengthen relationships and gather feedback.
- Provide support for general marketing planning and initiatives.
- Coordinate advertising efforts, including brochures, websites, and public relations.
- Plan and coordinate sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Full-time university graduate (any major).
- Minimum of 10 years of sales management experience with import brands in Hong Kong, specifically in outdoor, sports, or casual clothing and gear.
- Proven experience in planning and managing marketing and branding content.
- Familiarity with both wholesale and retail business operations.
- Skilled in preparing sales proposals and reports in English.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Passionate about outdoor activities or sports.
- Willingness to travel to the USA, Europe, or Japan as needed.
