Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive personal assistance, managing daily schedules and organizing private parties, events, and travel arrangements.
- Facilitate effective communication with internal and external parties, including family members and service providers.
- Handle personal errands and logistics, ensuring smooth management of tasks such as shopping, restaurant reservations, and more.
- Process personal correspondence and documents, including bills, letters, licenses, and government or banking documents.
- Assist in scheduling business appointments and meetings.
Communicate effectively with the General Manager regarding arrangements related to the founder.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Personal Secretary or in a similar role.
- Ability to manage various matters with appropriate emergency response capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- High level of integrity and responsibility.
- Highly resourceful, able to work effectively and independently.
- Proficiency in using standard office software, including the MS Office suite, email, electronic payments, and basic phone communications.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Availability to start immediately is an advantage.
