Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the menu and beverages to provide recommendations and pairings.
- Accurately take and process guest orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a clean dining area.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring excellent customer relations.
- Assist in daily operations, including cleaning, setting tables, and restocking supplies.
- Experienced candidates may be considered for a Senior Role, responsible for training new staff and coordinating team efforts.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end Club or Hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong teamwork ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and adaptable to various situations.
- Familiarity with service standards and health regulations in the food industry.
