Responsibilities:
- See that all guests are attended to according to their individual needs and conducted in line with set standards.
- Ensure that all banquet set-ups are in order.
- Lead the set-up and clean-up of the function rooms.
- Ensure that a high standard of service is provided and maintained.
- Responsible for the smooth and efficient service flow in the assigned section of the banquet function room.
- Check the supply of consumables and operation equipment on a daily basis to meet operational requirements.
- Perform any related duties as when assigned by the supervisor.
- Responsible for the smooth and efficient service flow of the Banquet operations.
- 3 years' related restaurant experience is required
- Experience in hotels & clubhouse
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
