Currently, they are seeking a Senior Backend Developer who will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex backend systems in Golang and Node.js. This role involves working closely with other engineers to design and implement efficient and reliable solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain high-quality, scalable backend systems using the latest technologies like Golang, gRPC, RESTful APIs, microservices, Redis, and SQL databases.
* Collaborate with frontend, product, and business teams to ensure backend services align with user needs and business objectives.
* Debug and resolve high-priority technical issues, providing long-term solutions to prevent future problems.
* Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional growth and supporting team scaling through hiring.
* Implement monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Grafana) to optimize system performance and ensure reliability.
* Manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (e.g., Pulumi) to deploy and maintain services in multi-cloud environments.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of backend development experience, especially in Golang, Node.js, or Kotlin.
* Strong skills in designing interfaces using gRPC, Protocol Buffers, RESTful JSON, and GraphQL.
* Proven experience with microservice architectures, best practices, and patterns.
* Hands-on experience with Redis for caching and Object Storage (e.g., AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage).
* Experience with relational databases like SQLite, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
* Familiarity with Kubernetes for containerized services and serverless platforms like AWS Lambda, Cloud Functions, or Cloud Run.
* Experience with CI/CD tools like Google Cloud Build and GitHub Actions.
