Responsibilities

• Compile project programme, prepare project progress and cost monitoring report for all Facility Maintenance Department - Building Facilities (FMD-BF) projects

• Consolidate asset replacement and improvement works budget for all FMD-BF assets, and prepare C&R works budget and assist in information system development and enhancement, and assist in maintenance budgeting & cost control, coordinating safety & quality matters, coordinating training matters

Requirements

• Certificate in an Engineering Discipline or Computing Studies or relevant disciplines

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in supporting Railway Planning related activities

• Knowledge in the use of Information Systems such as OPEM, Finance Control and Timesheet are preferred

• Sound knowledge in application software packages, good communication and writing skills will be a definite advantage

Remarks

• Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered
