Proficiency in Windows/Linux system administration, basic networking, and cloud platform management (AWS/Azure).

Familiarity with virtualization tools and containerization platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.

Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across various systems and applications.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into user-friendly guidance.

Track record of delivering high-quality customer service while meeting SLAs.

Experience in implementing IT security measures in enterprise environments is a plus.
