Job Duties:
- Develop and implement brand development plans, maintain brand image, and enhance market influence.
- Coordinate online and offline brand activities, advertising placement, and promotional content planning to ensure consistency and effectiveness of brand communication.
- Lead the construction of intelligent marketing system, optimize customer data platform (CDP), and enhance personalized reach efficiency.
- Promote the integration of online and offline channels, optimize the digital customer journey, and help the company's digital marketing revenue growth.
- Maintain media relations, organize news releases, monitor and respond to public opinion risks, and ensure the safety of the company's reputation.
- Operate a new media matrix, develop differentiated content strategies, and enhance user engagement and brand exposure.
- Plan and execute investor communication, industry forums, and other activities, collaborate with media and KOLs to expand brand awareness.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in public relations, advertising, marketing, media, or related fields.
- More than 5 years of experience in brand promotion, digital marketing, or public relations.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools (such as CDP, automated marketing tools) and data analysis methods (such as user behavior analysis, machine learning algorithms)
- Familiar with brand strategy formulation and execution, able to independently complete brand promotion plans.
- Excellent media relations management skills, familiar with public opinion monitoring and crisis public relations processes.
- Excellent event planning and execution skills, able to coordinate large-scale online and offline events.
- Proficient in using office software and new media operation tools, with basic data visualization skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate efficiently with cross departmental teams and external partners.
