Customer Engagement Officer

About Your Role:

  • Register customer feedback from different channels and prepare customer sentiment reports for management on regular basis. 
  • Follow up on customer voices and complaints to provide resolutions to customers in a timely manner. 
  • Communicate to selected customers about our services and collect requirements through telephone surveys or face to face meetings.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and provide analysis reports on the area for improvements
  • Handle customer’s inquiries and support to follow up with internal departments for handling their requests

Does it sound like you?

  • Excellent customer-service manner, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English and good command of Putonghua
  • Good writing skills in Chinese and English is also required
  • Proficient skills in O365, media production software and Power BI is a plus
  • Willingness to learn with positive mindset
  • Degree holder and fresh graduate with some customer service experience is welcome
