About Your Role:
- Register customer feedback from different channels and prepare customer sentiment reports for management on regular basis.
- Follow up on customer voices and complaints to provide resolutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Communicate to selected customers about our services and collect requirements through telephone surveys or face to face meetings.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and provide analysis reports on the area for improvements
- Handle customer’s inquiries and support to follow up with internal departments for handling their requests
Does it sound like you?
- Excellent customer-service manner, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Cantonese, English and good command of Putonghua
- Good writing skills in Chinese and English is also required
- Proficient skills in O365, media production software and Power BI is a plus
- Willingness to learn with positive mindset
- Degree holder and fresh graduate with some customer service experience is welcome
