Proficient in Japanese cuisine, especially Japanese ramen, menu design, quality control, and restaurant management.
Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor performance of the Restaurant to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and customer service standard
Assist Top Management to develop overall strategies and initiatives for daily operations and management.
Leading, coaching and training all frontline staffs in line with expectations of their respective plans;
Ensure operating procedures and workflows of the restaurants are in compliance with local regulatory and QA policies and procedures of food safety and product quality, with regular hygiene inspection
Rich knowledge in Japanese cuisine, especially Japanese ramen.
Working experience in genuine Japanese brand restaurants preferred.
At least 10 years relevant experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills along with positive and driven attitude
Strong analytical skill, good interpersonal and problem solving
Fluent in Japanese and spoken English
