Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues at physical venues (e.g., offices, event spaces).
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT problems (e.g., Wi-Fi connectivity, printer setup, user account access).
- Assist with IT venue setup, including configuring workstations, AV equipment, and basic network devices.
- Document and escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 support teams.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly in Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Support user onboarding/offboarding (e.g., account setup, password resets).
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in Level 1 IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin (spoken and written); working English proficiency.
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, MS Office, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with AV systems, printers, and mobile devices.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
