Responsibilities
Provide professional customer service of existing accounts and seek out new sales opportunities actively to achieve sales target
Develop and maintain current business and keep good relationship with customers
Handle daily sales operation, including but not limited to quotation preparation, product introduction, following up orders, delivery arrangement, inventory management, complaints handling, etc.
Undertake outdoor sales activities such as visiting customers, participating in events and exhibitions like Food Expo
Collaborate with clients and internal departments, e.g. Purchasing, Warehousing, etc. to monitor and control stock level in order to achieve better sales results
Prepare sales reports, sales forecasts and budgets timely
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in F&B industry
Candidates with more sales experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager
Good command of written and spoken in English, knowledge of Japanese is an advantage
Aggressive, responsible, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with MS Office applications including Excel and Word
Immediate available is highly preferred
