Job Requirements:-

Input the particulars of all approved applications that are submitted using hard copies into the ACS;
-
Produce and generate reports to CAD, Police, IMM, C&E and liaise as required;

Update vetting results as recommended by CAD into the ACS database;
-
Maintain an up to date Objection / Hold List;
-
Follow up any resulting matters with CAD Vetting Office such as invalid ID / hold application pending for CAD vetting results;
-
Create SSAT account for applicants;
-
Prepare & issue of ad hoc Restricted Area Vehicle Permit;
-
Prepare security objection written notices for management’s approval and signature;
-
Check OPAS applications are properly filled in as required for acceptance or rejection;

Answer enquiries from Telephone Hotline; and
-
Prepare notification to Sponsoring Organization for Permit application related matter.

Form 5 or above (Fresh graduate is also welcome);
-
Preferably with 1 year of relevant work experience;

Sound skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

Familiarity with computer systems is highly preferable;
-
Good interpersonal skills and telephone manner;
-
Even temperament and ability to work under pressure;
-
Open personality and ability to work in a close-knit team environment; and
-
Sound understanding of written / spoken English.
