Responsibilities

• Carry out site coordination and supervision of improvement works within the operating railway environment, involving Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) services and High Voltage (HV) / Low Voltage (LV) replacement works

• Manage Architectural Builders Works and Finishes (ABWF) works involving the modification of existing plantroom layout and trackside facilities for HV/LV replacement projects

• Ensure the project works are implemented in good quality and in compliance with safety standards

• Liaise with relevant parties to facilitate smooth progress of works and ensure that all testing and commissioning activities are conducted in compliance with specifications and statutory requirements

Requirements

• Higher Certificate / Higher Diploma in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline

• A minimum of 9 years' relevant experience in installation or testing and commissioning of E&M services systems

• Experience in E&M modification and replacement projects including HV/LV replacement works in an operating railway environment as well as knowledge of Railway Safety Rules are advantages

Remarks

• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
