Responsibilities
Carry out site coordination and supervision of improvement works within the operating railway environment, involving Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) services and High Voltage (HV) / Low Voltage (LV) replacement works
Manage Architectural Builders Works and Finishes (ABWF) works involving the modification of existing plantroom layout and trackside facilities for HV/LV replacement projects
Ensure the project works are implemented in good quality and in compliance with safety standards
Liaise with relevant parties to facilitate smooth progress of works and ensure that all testing and commissioning activities are conducted in compliance with specifications and statutory requirements
Requirements
Higher Certificate / Higher Diploma in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
A minimum of 9 years' relevant experience in installation or testing and commissioning of E&M services systems
Experience in E&M modification and replacement projects including HV/LV replacement works in an operating railway environment as well as knowledge of Railway Safety Rules are advantages
Remarks
Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
