Personal Assistant to Director

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive personal assistance & managing daily schedules.

  • Facilitate effective communication with internal and external parties, including family members and  other stake holders  / service providers.

  • Handle personal errands  and logistics, ensuring smooth management of tasks such as shopping,  restaurant reservations, travel arrangents and more.

  • Process personal  correspondence and documents, including bills, letters, licenses, and government or banking documents.

  • Handle confidential information, files and materials to ensure information security and proper usage

  • Assist in scheduling  business appointments and meetings.

  • Maintaining Accurate records, files and databases

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

      

  • Previous  experience as a Personal Secretary or in a similar role.
  • Ability  to manage various matters with appropriate emergency response capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity and responsibility.
  • Highly resourceful, able to work effectively and independently.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software, including the MS Office, email, electronic payments, and basic phone communications.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese.
  • Availability to start immediately is an advantage.
