Job Responsibilities:
- Plan for and provide clinical preceptorship to newly joined nurses in clinical units
- Supervise, assess and evaluate clinical performance of nursing staff
- Engage in clinical teaching to maintain professional competency and knowledge
- Communicate and report learning progress or problem of nurses to related department heads
- Undertake duties and functions on education and training matters as assigned
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder in Nursing
- Holder of a Certificate of Registered Nurse Registration and a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
- Minimum 8 years nursing experience
- Relevant post-registration clinical nursing qualification and/or management training is preferable
