Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing and enhancing business relationships with customers through provision of quality customer service to maximize business growth

• Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process

• Analyze and research on yarn / fabric trend seasonal analysis reports

• Source and negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive prices, deals & terms

• Monitor supplier performance and bulk fabric quality standard control

• Involve in the product development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements

• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience

• Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process

• Independent, able to work under pressure, result-oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail-minded

• Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, able to meet deadlines

• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• Literate in Microsoft Office programs

• Occasional travel is required
