Responsibilities

• Analyzing System Requirements: Understanding the needs and goals of the client and the systems to be integrated

• Developing Integration Frameworks and Solutions: Creating blueprints for how systems will interact, ensuring data flow and functionality. Building the necessary components and processes to connect systems, including APIs, middleware, and ETL tools

• Testing, Debugging and Documenting Integration Process: Ensuring the integrated systems work as expected and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Creating comprehensive documentation for future operation maintenance and support

• Collaborating with Stakeholders: Working with non-tech users, developers, and data engineering team to ensure successful integration

• Monitoring System Performance: Tracking the performance of integrated systems and making necessary adjustments

• Improving Integration Solutions: Optimizing existing integrations and developing new solutions to improve efficiency and scalability

• System Security: Ensuring the security of integration solutions and implementing necessary security measures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in business analyst, project management or systems integration

• Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including hardware, software, network infrastructure, APIs, operating systems, and basic programming languages (Python, SQL, JavaScript, DAX); familiar with Microsoft Suite (Office, Planner, SharePoint, Power Automate)

• Skilled in diagnosing and resolving technical issues using process mapping

• Create and maintain clear documentation for process mapping and user requirements, following project management deliverables

• Plan, organize, communicate, and execute integration projects

• Quick learner, adaptable to new technologies and changing requirements

• Candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior position
