Responsibilities

• Customer & Product Quality: Understanding customer needs, setting specifications, and ensuring our products consistently meet them.

• Supplier & Sourcing Compliance: Vetting and monitoring suppliers, ensuring ethical and compliant sourcing, and managing certifications (e.g., Oekotex, BSCI, GOTS)

• Development Quality: Providing technical expertise during product development and ensuring quality checks at every stage, including testing and validation

• Production & Supply Chain Quality: Overseeing quality throughout manufacturing and logistics, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions

• New Product Compliance: Leading quality assurance and certification processes for all new offerings and suppliers

Requirements

• DSE / From 5 or above

• Strong knowledge of quality management concepts, tools, and applicable regulations

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to manage quality documentation and track performance using KPIs

• A proactive approach to risk anticipation and problem-solving

• Proficiency with standard office software
