Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts of Mainland China to achieve long-term success

Responsible for management of existing and potential customers including handling commercial and technical questions from customers

Provide efficient pre and post sales support including presentations, sales quotations, contracts, customized solutions, technical advice, negotiation etc.

Suggest actions to improve telecom product/service based on technology trend and customers’ expectation especially in the assigned China market
Requirements:
-
Degree in Telecommunication, Engineering or related disciplines
-
Track record or experience in management of Mainland China enterprise accounts of Telecom industry
-
Sound telecom product and technology knowledge with numerical sense/analytical skills are essential

Excellent communication skills, ability to answer technical inquiries on time and business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
-
Good team player, positive attitude and excellent customer service
-
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
