Responsibilities:

• Executes project work plans and revises to meet changing needs and requirements;

• Expert in business requirements analysis. Write business user’s requirement specification (Chinese preferred);

• Communicate and coordinate on project activities between business users and China /local development teams;

• Schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools;

• Track project milestones and deliverables;

• Review deliverables prepared by development teams before passing to business;

• Minimize our exposure and risk on projects;

• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within projects;

• Manage changes proactively in project scopes and identify potential crises.

• Conduct UAT testing, deployment support, PIT, with expertise in production troubleshooting, user support, maintenance upgrades, and security vulnerability remediation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems;

• With 5+ years Business Analysis experience (IT experience preferred) in investment bank;

• Creative in developing new ideas and approaches;

• Identifying key issues and able to resolve problems;

• Proficient in managing multiple projects concurrently, with strong time management and prioritization skills;

• Knowledge in client management system and corresponding systems preferred;

• Knowledge in HR management systems preferred;

• Knowledge in back office operation and corresponding systems preferred;

• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills in Putonghua.
