Requirements
Degree holder
Minimum 4 year solid experience in Sales Management or Business Development or related field
Previous work experience in Health Supplement industry is a must
Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office application
Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships
Job Description
Formulate sales strategies to ensure delivery of quarterly / annual sales plan and to achieve sales volume, revenue and profit objectives
Explore business opportunities with existing customers base and develop new customer in various segments
Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, potential partners, and product suppliers to maximize business opportunities
Conduct market research to understand competitive offerings, consumer trends and distribution channels to sustain competitiveness of company products
Strategic planning ensure continued sales growth in the market
Participates in business development
Work closely with marketing team to identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and business results
Report directly to the Boss and lead a team of 2 Sales Executive, and 15 frontline sales staff
