Responsibilities

Manage branch operations, including staffing, resources, and compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Provide quality customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.

Lead and motivate branch staff, providing training, coaching, and performance management

Advisory to customers for general banking services and wealth management products including account opening, mortgage, credit card, personal loan and insurance

Maintain good relationship with both existing and new customers
Requirements
-
University degree / Associate degree holders, or HKCEE / HKDSE holders with 3 years experience in Insurance Agent / Telemarketing / Teller, with exposure in banking an advantage

IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 and HKSI 1, 7, 8 is a plus

Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
