Provide quality support services to business team of the Company

Coordinate and liaise with internal parties for achieving business objectives

Handle meeting arrangement and prepare meeting minutes and relevant reports

Perform administration tasks, including but not limited to document handling, filing and maintenance, etc.

Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Degree holder in any disciplines

Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales support or office administration in a sizeable company

Well organized, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated
-
Team player with good communication skills

Proficiency in MS office application and Chinese word processing

Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
