Handle daily customers’ enquiry in professional manner and satisfactory level

Responsible for merchandising activities including sample development, customer presentation, purchase order execution, production follow up, monitor shipment schedule, etc.

Liaise with oversea customers and China factories closely

Effective communication with different departments inside the Company

Occasional business trips to China

Higher Diploma or above in any discipline

5 years solid working experiences in trading or manufacturing industry

Experience in handling USA and Europe markets

Experience in seasonal products, sundries, home decoration items

Proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel & PPT) and Outlook

Good command in English and Mandarin
