Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of management experience in Korean food and beverage industry, with bar operations experience preferred
• Diploma or above, preferably with formal training in related disciplines
• Excellent leadership skill and team management abilities, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Strong customer service awareness, able to handle customer feedback and provide solutions
• Creative abilities to contribute fresh ideas for the restaurant and bar’s menu and events
• Good command of spoken Korean and English; knowledge in Chinese is a plus
• Korean who are eligible to work in Hong Kong are welcome     

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and bar
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage and train the service team to maintain high standards of service quality
• Monitor inventory and costs to ensure profitability
