Responsibilities

Provide a comprehensive range of secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director (MD)
-
Manage appointment diaries and schedules and coordinate business trips for the MD, screen communications and prioritize tasks effectively
-
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels and facilitate smooth cooperation between the MD’s Office and all parties
-
Prepare meeting agendas and take accurate minutes for management meetings
-
Arrange and compile pre-board and board papers with meticulous attention to detail
-
Handle confidential information with appropriate discretion and professionalism
Requirements
-
Certificate / Diploma in Business Administration / Secretarial or a related discipline
-
At least 6 years’ relevant secretarial or clerical support experience, previous experience in supporting senior executives is highly preferred

Experience in liaising with senior management and executives across different organization levels

Proven track record of working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining exceptional quality standards

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
