Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the daily operations of the Air shipment

• Ability to handle full set of air export documents, cargo planning and other operational related tasks

• Arrange booking with carriers, co-loaders and follow up

• Ensure all members and tasks meet company policy and standard operating procedures

• Regulary follow-up to handle any incidents and report any irregular incidents to top management

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• 2-3 years or more experience in air freight forwarder

• Positive attitude, reliable, cheerful manner, patient, self-motivated and good team player

• Good relationship with Airlines and co-loaders

• Good communication in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin

• Willing to work overtime

• Immediate available
