Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for Office 365 applications such as Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams
Assist users with email setup, configuration, and troubleshooting on both desktop and mobile devices
Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based desktop and laptop computers
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-user PCs
Monitor and maintain the company's local area network, including switches, Wi-Fi access points, and cabling
Document IT support processes and maintain knowledge base articles
Respond promptly to IT service requests and work to resolve issues in a timely manner
Responsible for the company's IT equipment procurement, asset management, license account management
Provide training and guidance to users on the proper use of IT systems and applications
Collaborate with the IT management team on process improvements and new technology initiatives
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
At least 1 year of experience in an IT support or desktop support role
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration and user support
Proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 operating systems
Familiar with common network protocols (including LAN and WAN), hardware, and troubleshooting techniques
Ability to effectively document IT processes and train end-users
Experience in Office Automation using Microsoft Power Platform will have bonus marks
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
