Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians for efficient maintenance.
- Develop and implement maintenance service plans aligned with KPIs.
- Prepare reports on audits, inspections, and safety.
- Supervise contractors for compliance with standards and budgets.
- Review and design Service Level Agreements with customers.
- Manage technical documentation and budgets for facilities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Services or Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of facility management experience.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., HKIE, CIBSE).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in English and Chinese.
