Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in periodic reporting, including data exports for weekly leadership meetings and updates to monthly marketing media plans.
- Compile and analyse data from marketing activities, generating reports that present insights clearly.
- Support the preparation and execution of email marketing campaigns (e.g., eDMs, SMS).
- Coordinate marketing events, registration, logistics, photoshoots, and video shoots, providing on-site support as needed.
- Liaise with vendors to collect quotations and develop marketing collaterals for offline and online activities.
- Update website (SOLAS) content and visuals.
- Conduct copywriting and copyediting for marketing materials in English and Chinese, ensuring relevance to Hong Kong and Mainland Chinese audiences.
- Perform regular competitor analysis, including mystery shopping and data entry, to inform marketing strategies.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the marketing team.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing planning and execution.
- Experience in digital marketing or media agencies is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing foundations and content development.
- Hands-on knowledge of digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google AdWords, social media channels like Rednote).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and Canva.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
