Job Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent dining experience to customers
* Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver high quality customer service and ensure the achievement of sales targets and operation efficiency
* Formulate, execute and review standard operating procedures for restaurant operations and ensure the execution effectiveness
* Monitor and keep close control of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness of the Restaurant.
* Manage food cost and conduct stock take regularly
* Implement marketing promotions
* Work closely with different internal departments and pursue timely and effective communication
* Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
-
* At least 2-8 year's relevant experience
* Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
* Preferably full-service restaurant management experience in Japanese restaurants.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision making skills
* Energetic and outgoing personality
* Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
* Self-motivated, independent and able to perform multitasks under pressure
* Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, especially in MS Excel
