Responsibilities

Overseeing and monitoring day-to-day operation of the property management department

Provide quality property management services, liaising with contractors, supervising a security team and monitoring cleaning and general maintenance works

Schedule preventive maintenance, upgrade property management system, make sure the interior finishes are fresh and work to resolve problems before they impact tenants of the value of the Bank property

Coordination renovation work and dealing with tender procedures and related documents
-
Develop and maintain operation procedure manuals
-
Providing general administration and procurement support to other departments
Requirements
-
Holder of Property Management Practitioner License (Tier 1)

Degree holder with professional qualification in Property Management
-
Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience with at least 5 years at supervisory level

Good understanding of relevant local laws and market practices related to property management
-
Strong supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills
-
Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working under pressure with high sense of responsibility

Good leadership and people management skills
-
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
