Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of the accounting team
- Review and analysis of consolidation journals and monthly consolidated financial statements
- Review and analysis of the forecast consolidated financial statements
- Manage cashflow, project cash and hedging requirements for foreign currency risks
- Prepare and review interim and final reports
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors to facilitate audits
- Perform budget and budgetary control activities
- Prepare and review financial analysis of listed customers and competitors
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting or a related field with membership of HKICPA or ACCA is required
- Minimum of 6 years relevant accounting experience, preferably with Big Four experience
- Good knowledge of financial reporting standards and listing rules
- Good team player, meticulous, independent and hard-working
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Experience in Oracle will be a plus
