• • As a Facilitator, you will set up the logistics and customize the materials. You will be responsible for running the meetings, ensuring the team stays on track, and keeping a high-level view toward a successful outcome.

  • Simultaneously, you’re a Consultant, building a relationship with internal client teams to deliver value to the client and create opportunities .

  • As a Designer, you’re advocating for the end user’s needs and positive user experiences and crafting logical UX and beautiful UI.

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Design, similar discipline or non-design degree with design bootcamp training

• Have a design portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/ Product/ Service Design

• Demonstrated ability to understand complex business or experience problems

• Familiarity with workshopping techniques and ability to facilitate a diverse group to a desired outcome

• Demonstrated ability to work in a client facing environment

• Strong professional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

• English, Cantonese: Fluent Mandarin is a plus

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:

• Familiar with the latest digital design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Protopie, Overflow and etc.

• Expertise with UX deliverables: user journeys, experience mapsm personas and wireframes

• Storytelling, presentation, and communication with the ability to clearly express and sell ideas to client
