Responsibilities
Co-ordinate with office teams and shops to ensure smooth daily operations
Follow up store operation issues and optimizing operation workflows
Prepare sales analysis and KPIs report to provide an overview of the business.
Provide administrative support to Sales and Operations Team
Coordinate with internal parties and ensure efficient stock and inventory management, replenishment and delivery arrangements
Assist in new store opening, store maintenance and renovation projects
Assist in sourcing new vendors for hardware supply
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail industry
Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
A good team player with strong sense of responsibility, proactive, well organized
Able to manage mutli-tasks independently and timely
Excellent skills in interpersonal, communication analytical
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint and able to handle in-house systems
