Responsibilities

• To lead and motivate your team (in Zhongshan) to achieve the company's sales targets

• To identify, manage and develop new sales opportunities

• To communicate and establish strong relationship with key clients and business associates

• To coordinate with Design & Product Development Team and Purchasing Team to develop new products and market strategy

• To develop and implement sales/marketing strategy for the Client’s worldwide network, meeting company’s annual targets

• To spearhead the promotion and sales of the Client’s global business

• To collect and present market intelligent and make recommendations to the Client on business development and strategy

• To identify future opportunities and strategic plans in collaboration with the Client’s business-unit heads for growth

• To travel aboard to attend clients’ meetings and overseas exhibition with no refusal

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• At least 15 years in sales, business development and in garment Manufacturing Industry, and specialize in Lingerie products

• Excellent management skill with at least 5 years’ experience as top sales management in a sizable company

• Fluent in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

• Regular visits to our factories on the Mainland (located in Zhongshan & Kaiping) for a minimum of 3 days and 2 nights per week are required. (Being stationed for 5 days a week is a significant advantage)

• Immediate availability is highly preferred
