Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the factory operation to meet customer’s requirement, quality standard, cost effective, and delivery on time

• Oversees product production & deliveries to meet high product quality and on-time shipments.

• Monitor and analyze production and quality data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

• Coordinates with different departments in Cambodia and HK project team regarding all production issues and management efficiency

• Develops efficiency strategies to ensure the plant meets the production goals and standards at minimal manufacturing costs

• Manages development of production work schedules to meet internal goals and customer expectations

• Monitors processes and performance of scheduled work activities and achieves established operating goals in a safe, secure and sanitary environment

• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or  above

• 15 years’ relevant experience in manufacturing, in which 10 years’ solid management experience in large and medium-sized Offshore factory

• Strong leadership skills, proactive problems solving and manage multiple challenges effectively.

• Good organizing and analytical skills

• Able to handle ad hoc project, independent, self-motivated

• Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Word & Excel, and Chinese word processing

• Good in spoken & written English and Mandarin

• Stationed in Cambodia
