Engineer (MVAC)/ Assistant Engineer / Engineer Assistant 

1.  Higher Diploma or above in Building Service/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering

2. At least 3 years working experience in MVAC project management and construction site.

3. Candidates with less experience/ fresh graduates will also be considered as AE/EA

Main Duties : 

• Assist Project Engineer in overall project operations, coordination and handover.

• Prepare technical submission, project coordination, design calculation, site supervision, sub-contractor monitoring.

• Responsible for costing, tender estimation, tendering procurement.

Draftsman (MVAC)

1. Certificate / Diploma in CAD draftsmanship

2. Proficiency in using AutoCAD

3. At least 2 years working experience in Building Service industry and construction site

Main Duties : 

• Providing support on creating, amending and maintaining CAD design & drafting, tender drawings.

• Backup and support project teams for preparation of working drawing.

•  Assist in day to day engineering related work and documentation.
